"It's In The Bag!"

Posted by Rajni Chawla

Hello friends..

I am back again with my new project that I created for this year's last JustRite Friday Challenge .....this time the challenge count is #111....an awesome tipple digit no :)

This week's challenge was to create any gift packaging item. I decided to make something for Valentine's Day. I created a love platter with a set of two treat bags using red, black and gold shades. I have downloaded the templates from net and followed the instructions to make these bags. I have decorated both the bags with black die cuts of APG  Filigiree Corner die, pasted on golden shimmer paper and then fussy cut. One of the bag has its sentiment embossed with golden embossing powder on black fabriano and the other has its sentiment simply stamped with deep maroon and black archival ink. The sentiments are from Justrite's Antique Vintage Tag Clear stamp set. I have used small  crystal blings and black organza ribbon to garnish these treat bags.

I was having small crystal showpiece at home . I simply glued a red heart die cut to enhance the complete love theme at the back of show piece and placed in one corner of the platter. I really liked the end results of the platter and feel it could be a perfect gift for your loved one on valentine day or can also be presented with wedding ring on your very special day :)

Hope you all like it.
Thanks for stopping by :)
